A native grape of Salento, this variety has crossed eras and dominations, keeping its identity and charm intact and distinguishing itself for its robust and generous grapes which have always fed the production of Apulian wines.
It is an elegant and versatile wine, with an impenetrable colour that delights the palate with its freshness and harmony.


TASTING NOTES

Deep purple-red colour with violet reflections. A fruity aroma with pleasant hints of spices. On the palate, it reveals freshness and a well-balanced tannic structure.


PAIRINGS
