Rosa di Prato is a delightful rosé wine born from the perfect union of two iconic Salento grape varieties: Primitivo and Negroamaro. Nurtured under the warm Apulian sun, these carefully selected grapes are hand harvested at the peak of ripeness.
The grapes undergo a gentle pressing to extract the free-run must, which is then carefully separated from the skins. This meticulous process preserves each variety’s aromas and flavours to the fullest.


TASTING NOTES

The fruity body of Primitivo harmoniously blends with the freshness of Negroamaro, resulting in a wine of a vibrant cherry pink colour, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness.


PAIRINGS

It pairs exceptionally well with aperitifs, seafood starters and main courses, fresh or slightly aged cheese and salad. Its freshness also makes it an excellent companion for hot summer days.
