The Fiano grape is a native variety of the Campania region, which over the centuries has also found fertile ground in the arid lands of Taranto. Here, we cultivate and manually select only the finest bunches.
The must obtained is then gently pressed and immediately separated from the skins in order to preserve the characteristics and freshness typical of this grape variety.


TASTING NOTES

Bright straw-yellow colour. Intense aroma with hints of citrus and light notes of white flowers. On the palate, it reveals itself as fresh and balanced with a pleasant acidity and sapidity.


PAIRINGS
