A blend of two native Apulian grape varieties, Verdeca and Bianco d'Alessano, cultivated with care and passion in the hills of the Valle d'Itria. Here, the Mediterranean climate, with its temperature ranges between day and night and low to medium rainfall, creates the ideal conditions for perfect grape ripening.
The result is a lightly sparkling white wine, fresh and lively, that envelops the palate with a pleasant harmony.

TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. A fruity and elegant bouquet with hints of green apple. On the palate, pleasantly brisk with an inviting and rounded flavour.

PAIRINGS

Recommended as an aperitif, it pairs well with main courses, seafood, cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
