Coming from the sun-kissed hills of the Valle d'Itria, caressed by the sea breeze, this wine embodies the essence of Apulia.
It is the result of a blend of three native Apulian grape varieties: Verdeca, which gives it freshness and salinity, Bianco d'Alessano, adding structure and complexity and Minutolo, providing a touch of aromatic finesse.

TASTING NOTES

Bright straw-yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it reveals floral and fruity aromas, with hints of citrus, green apple, and white peach. Fresh and savoury on the palate with a vibrant acidity.

PAIRINGS

Ideal as an aperitif to toast to special moments, it pairs perfectly with appetizers, cooked and raw seafood.
