It’s a sparkling white wine made from an expert blend of three native Apulian grape varieties: Verdeca, Bianco d'Alessano and Minutolo.
The grapes are cultivated with dedication on the hills of the Valle d’Itria. Here, the Mediterranean climate, with its significant temperature ranges between day and night and low to medium rainfall, provides an ideal environment for the perfect ripening of the grapes.
The result is a naturally fermented wine with a good structure that offers an explosion of freshness and liveliness on the palate.

TASTING NOTES

Bright greenish-yellow colour. Fine and elegant bouquet, with hints of green apple. On the palate, pleasantly lively and intense with good acidity and sapidity that invite to another sip.

PAIRINGS

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with appetizers, fish and raw seafood.
