Being an ode to tradition and respectful of time, this wine is a unique and inimitable product.
Capasonato is a sweet natural red wine made from a blend of two vintages (1984 and 1985) of Primitivo from Puglia, aged for almost 30 years in Capasoni, traditional terracotta amphorae.
This natural process has given Capasonato an unparalleled complexity, preserving the integrity of the fruit, amplifying the aromas and giving the wine a slow and prolonged anaerobic evolution.
