This special selection of Primitivo is only produced in exceptional and very rare vintages. Its uniqueness lies in the process of drying the grapes on the vine until the beginning of October, as well as a careful manual selection of the bunches.
It is a mature wine that has had the time to fully develop its aromas and its distinctive character.
Its intense aroma penetrates from the nose deep into the heart and, like a mother's sweet and warm embrace, wraps the senses with its richness and softness.


TASTING NOTES

Intense red colour with garnet reflections. On the nose, notes of overripe red fruits, plum jam and raisins blend harmoniously with hints of dark chocolate and sweet spices. On the palate, it is rich, warm and entrancing, with a persistent and balanced sweetness.


PAIRINGS

It pairs well with dry and almond pastries, dark chocolate, fruit tarts, but also with aged cheeses. It is a wine to be enjoyed on special occasions and to be shared with loved ones.
