PRODUCTION METHOD

First CRU of our Winery, produced from 100% Primitivo grapes grown exclusively in our family-owned vineyard in Contrada Agliano, which has over 50 years of history. Here, only the finest bunch of grapes are meticulously hand-harvested and then vinified using traditional methods.
A Single-Vineyard expression of Primitivo which perfectly represents its terroir and the ties with tradition; it is further enhanced by aging a portion of it for approximately 10 months in Terracotta Capasoni.
This unique aging process gives a distinctive character and personality to this wine.
