Primitivo di Manduria D.O.C. 14%vol.

An aristocratic wine, purple red in colour with an orange tinge when aged; it is produced with Primitivo grapes.
It has a light and characteristic fragance a harmonious flavour, full-bodied and with the rigth tannic taste.
Serving temperature: best 18-20°C
This wine blends perfectly with first courses of pasta with meat sauce, with roasts (beef and game), and sharp aged cheeses.
