A wine for maditation, obtained in the best years by
allowing the grapes to wither slightly on the plant. Aged in wood, its
natural purple red colour gets an orange tinge. It has an ethereal fragance,
persistent and characteristic; a warm, sweet, meaty flavour. Serving temperature:
best at 20°C.
It is perfect with almond type pasteries, macaroons, fruit pies.
The wine in at its best, uncorked a couple of hours before serving.
