BUCANEVE
Chardonnay del Tarantino IGT 13% vol.

Tasteful Bucaneve and delicate chardonnay, with flavour and relish perfectly mixed. Soft straw yellow with greenish reflection.
It shows a deep aroma with scent of green apple. Palatable it is fresh thanks to its good sourness; the aromatic persistence is rather pronounced.
To be served at a temperature of 10-12° C, as aperitv, with hors-d'ocuvre and raw sea-food; roast fish and withe meats.
